“Had to wait 45 minutes to check in b/c hotels terminals were down. Electricity was working as were street lights and traffic lights. Floors were greasy slick. Carpet smelled of urine and stairwells, too. One of the 2 elevators was not working (it seems like every time I stay there that elevator by the front desk is ‘temporarily down’. Contractor guy I met who was staying there since October (doing a local job) said homeless encampment people come in to use the pool (to shower/clean off). I……

“Our stay was good overall. The only issue we experienced was that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer after 8:00 p.m. As a result, I had to leave the property and go to a laundromat to wash my son's baseball uniform for his game the next day. It would have been much more convenient if guests had access to the laundry facilities later in the evening, especially for situations like ours.”

“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”
