“Property and amenities were very nice. Very cozy place with tons of beds and space. Lake is very quiet and the neighborhood very welcoming. ”

“It was a relaxing stay and everything was as described. The roads were very steep and curvey but with some concentration and slow driving they were manageable. I would be hesitant to drive them in the dark. Our first night there we were visited by a black bear in the back yard. We admired him from afar and he didn’t seem to mind us. We also saw several deer. Communication with the owner/ management company was great. Any questions were answered very quickly. I would definitely book again. ”

“The driveway was steep and a little difficult to get out of, but the house and location were absolutely AMAZING!! I would, however, recommend a deep cleaning. We had to move furniture and sweep bottle tops, dirt and debris out before our 15 month old grandson arrived.”

“My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away. No Children and no WiFi....It was exactly what we needed! We loved the location! So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and the hot tub in the evening was amazing. Loved the quaint……

“The house is beautiful and in a great location. Close enough to town but you have plenty of privacy. The house is very nice and worked well for 3 families. The river is beautiful. We spent hours swimming, tubing and walking up and down the river. There is a perfect tubing spot right around the bend. My only complaint is that the house is so far away from the river. With 2 small kids, I like to be able to sit by the river during naptime but this isn’t possible. There is a steep drive/walk to get……

“This was a perfect comfortable house for our family getaway! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very responsive, nice people. We enjoyed hiking down to the babbling brook nearby, the fire pit, hot tub, the movie room etc. And the town of Ellijay is real gem!”
