“My hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Monique, Keisha, and the gentleman who works at night (I cannot recall his name), all went above and beyond for us. They provided great customer service and were genuinely kind! The only negative feedback I have to share is the noise in the morning. Housekeeping made a lot of noise outside of my room each morning, making it difficult to sleep in. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Musty smell, the floors are sticky I didn’t feel comfortable in those sleeping blankets, very small washroom, toilet paper just above almost touching the bin, shower curtain is moldy, the room is full of dark energy, I wish they maintain a openable window as we could have opened a bit during summer but the option wasn’t there I honestly felt yukk feeling with sticking floors no door mat to rub your legs after bathing shampoo and soap are good no toothbrush or paste provided and a non detachable……

“I had a very disappointing experience at Red Roof Inn Plus. Both the rooms was in an unacceptable condition when I checked in. It was visibly dirty, with dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay. The bed linens did not appear fresh, and the room gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to guests. The bathroom was in even worse condition. The toilet flush was not working properly. Cleanliness is a basic expectation……
