“No breakfast on weekdays…..that was inconsistent with information provided when I selected this site. Door operation was not good….unable to lock room door when leaving room (okay when in room). Entering the building……well, the door sticks and makes you wonder IF it will work…. Room was neat and clean….good night sleep is available….. R”

“Breakfast is difficult on weekends in August when facility is booked and navigation and seating can be very challenging especially with lots of young children. Parents usually quite sensitive to control their children. But overall large numbers of people regardless of hour, after 7:30 am makes walking, seating and supplying for staff difficult. Later on one day staff couldn’t get in easily to supplement food. The next day when eggs ran out around 9:15 am a staff member promised more would be……

“Good clean overnight stay”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……
