"Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm."

"Wonderful stay! Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was awesome. Grounds are beautifully kept. Staff was kind and wonderful. Pools and hot tubs were nice. We stayed in the suites and they were clean and quiet. They could use some updating with furnishings but everything was clean. "

"Great hotel! Rooms are terrific with a full size kitchen and living room area. The place is designed for travelers. Breakfast is included, they have a full bar and restaurant for dinner. The outdoor space is fabulous with games, fire pits, seating areas and a pool. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend! "

"This place is very beautiful and the pool areas are gorgeous. The staff even went above and beyond and gave us an amazing room with a card and bottle of wine for our anniversary! The only downside was we asked for our room to be cleaned and someone relayed the message and no one cleaned the room and it ended up being an inconvenience for us, but when we notified staff what happened they really took care of us. We really enjoyed our stay ! "

"Room was spotless Staff friendly Location fabulous A couple of negative things Balcony only one chair not big enough for 2 people Top pool deck.. the bin wasn’t emptied for 3 days The pool towel bin wasn’t emptied our whole stay and restated. Some of the food on offer like desserts were frozen. Apart from those few issues to be addressed for forthcoming clients not to have an issue."
