“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.”
“I didn't know 6 Suite was even a motel 6 brand. It was just so clean and new. Extremely freindly and right across from a QT is a pluss. The tub was a bit tight because it was likely a tub over fiberglass. But it a was clean”
