“The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. This was our second time to stay at this property. ”

“Only one elevator with slow service; room furniture poor; terrible room coffee; expensive lobby coffee by Starbucks: no breakfast; lack of small toiletries; over priced for value received. Would not stay again.”

“Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all!”

“TV was almost impossible to figure out, did not get the channels they said you would get. Air conditioner worked fantastic. The view was terrible and the waterslide wasn’t working .”

“I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I did not feel safe inside of this property by any means. The door which was supposed to require a key card to enter opened for anyone and there were multiple people outside the property yelling random things and trying to solicit hotel guests. I was worried the whole time that my car was going to be broken into. Further, the hotel room itself was old, had bugs, was out of conditioner, and the door wasn't sealed. We were kept up all night by guests……

“The staff was amazing but place is rundown and needs to be taken better care of. Bed had a massive indentation where guests have slept previously.”

“The hotel was soooo hot! The air was off in our room when we walked in...and it did not cool down in our room until around 3 am! The halls were hot and just walking down the hall we would sweat. Breakfast was minimal...bland powdered eggs, a gallon of milk that everyone poured out of into their cereal, and a loaf of white bread that the guests would put their hand into to get their bread. The dining area was tiny and everyone bumped into people trying to get around and it was extremely hot in……

“They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer”
