The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore. That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening. “We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, modern, and in a great location to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. The best finds with this apartment were it had real central air condition with a thermostat in each room, a lift for your luggage and free luggage storage room, and two powder rooms (toilets) with 2 showers ( stalls) and a bathtub in the master bathroom ! Wow!!!! Oh I forgot a washer too! We were so……

“Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well.”

“The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. Location was great -- very close to a Metro station and bus stop, and surrounding area was very safe (there was a school right across the street). There is no live receptionist, everything is self-managed with any issues communicated digitally with an agent.……

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but there was effectively no air conditioning during my stay. When I complained, they briefly provided a temporary solution, only to take it away a few days later, leaving me once again without any real cooling despite the hot weather. The most disturbing part of my stay was that staff entered my room without my knowledge or consent. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel that my privacy……

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”
