"Our rooms were filthy. Including the bedding and our bathroom floor was covered in dirt, pretzels and Cheerios. Very disappointing."

"TV didn't work and I told the staff, I would be napping and not to bother me. I would alert them when I left for dinner. Instead, maintenance guy pounded on my door and woke me up and all he had to say was "Oh, S#*t!". Didn't even apologize. Classy. Couldn't fix the TV. I was offered an inconvenient upstairs room but no refund. My phone # was taken half heartedly when I asked if I could receive a discount for the TV issue. Place was in bad shape and it was a lousy experience."

"There were people living in an RV in the parking lot, the entrance was very dirty and smelled terrible. We stayed 3 nights and our towels and coffee were only refreshed once we requested it and the coffee that was refreshed was all decaf. There was someone else’s leftover food in the refrigerator when we got there. And lastly every morning at breakfast the eggs, sausage, and biscuits were almost out or completely out. Not a good experience for us. We will look for an Air BnB next trip to Caldwell, ID"

"We had a great stay. At first we weren’t allowed to check in since we arrived before rooms were ready. We went back about an hour later, there was a message sign stating they will be right back sorry for the inconvenience. The only thing I have to gripe about the room was the toilet was hard to flush. We had to hold down the handle for maybe 30 seconds for it to flush completely. And they don’t clean the room every day. But it was a great stay, staff were very polite and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. It was a breakfast not just pastries and coffee and juice."

"This was our second stay at the cabin. The cabin is so cute and charming, very comfortable. We travel with our Boston Terrier and this cabin has a fully fenced backyard that he could run in. The Host was available to communicate at any time. We pulled into the area about an hour early and she communicated we were welcome to check in. I would highly recommend this beautiful cabin."
