“Arrived 19 minutes early and they wanted to charge $35. Had leftover food I was hoping to get in refrigerator but lost it since we couldn’t check in. Tile bathroom floor was broken and almost cut foot. TV didn’t work. ”

“The staff was amazing. The Hotel was dated. The food was middle of the road. I would stay their because of the value. They are working on updating the property. We would definitely stay there again. The beds were brand new this spring 2026 and was very comfortable.”

“This hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. It is located on a main strip, so it’s near the university, shopping, and restaurants. There are no water stations—only ice, so bring extra water. Also, the breakfast menu leaves a little to be desired. I’ve stayed twice, and it was the same each time. Nothing fresh except for a small bowl of waxed fruit. ”

“Awful experience. Ended up staying at another hotel less than 1/2 mile from this one. Refund request denied. Tv: no sound. Asked to have new tv or change rooms to smoking room. No, I reserved a non-smoking room. He said don't come here at 1am and ask for stuff. Asked rudely, do you want smoking room, I said no and then he said, then go. Really??? When I complained next morning to owner she blamed it on weather but the tv at other hotel 1/2 mile away worked perfectly. Phone: no dial tone,……

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets……
