"We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready. "

"For the price it's hard to find a better option in town. On-site parking, huge TV, nice bed, in-room bathroom, fridge, wifi, safe, it's got it all.
As for the cons, the AC unit seemed a bit finicky and it blows directly on you when you're sleeping, some may like this and some may not. The pillows were hard and quite large. It's not that bad if you're a side sleeper but if you sleep on your back then just ditch the pillows altogether.
Overall, I would definitely come here again."
"This was a great hotel for the GD60 shows. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was great. Walking distance to the bill graham center. Plenty of good food options within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again. "
"I went with my 21-year-old daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had a great three nights stay. We had fun in the Tonga room, we loved our Bayview hotel room, all the staff was very nice and the area around there is beautiful - we will definitely be coming back."
"This hotel was perfect for my trip. It was clean, comfortable & easy to get around. While the location is not central to a lot of the touristy sights, there are many options to get around. It is far from Muni Train lines but plenty of buses, cabs (Waymo) or bikes in the area. The rooms are a little dated but it’s perfect for sleep. There is a mini fridge in the room & the hotel has a restaurant with a small bar. I did not use the pool but it does have one. I recommend the coffee shop around the corner; Juniper for breakfast. Lots of places around this hotel for food & drink. I never felt unsafe around this hotel including at night. Reasonable rates make this a great place to stay if visiting San Francisco. "
"Very nice hotel that is well situated for easy access to main sites. Bed was very comfortable, room size was adequate and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Close transportation...Variety of diners walkable distance..Its South of Market so clubs and music..no parking..but clean rooms with shared baths at a reasonable price."
"We picked this spot because of its local to Golden Gate Park and the waterfront. There is great restaurants all around and easy access for public transportation."

"The parking garage is right across the street. 24 hour parking for $43 great price for the city. The hotel is so cute and beautiful. It’s in a great area. Walking distance to a lot of things and restaurants. The room is very nice, the bed is soo comfortable, and I really appreciated that the shower had great pressure and hot water. Also, the bathtub was really nice. "
