"I stayed here for opening weekend and had such a great experience! Pine Cottage is a total gem. It’s clean, super cute, and a perfect way to find a more affordable spot on the island. The beds were really comfortable, and I was honestly impressed by how nice the showers and bathrooms are. Caroline was so friendly and her daughter Josie was a lot of fun to meet. Definitely make sure to try the cheesy eggs at breakfast, and the evening teatime was such a nice touch. I loved it so much I already booked two more stays for this summer!"

"The hotel has a very historical feel to it. I liked that the pool and hot tub had later hours for is to enjoy. The pool area is in need of a remodel. The paint in the pool was peeling, loud dehumidifiers ran while trying to relax, overall needs some maintenance. My husband and I loved the lake view from our room, balcony was a plus even though it was cold outside. Room was quiet and beds were comfy."

"Reservation was confusing...thought I had rented one cabin with two rooms. That's what the description was after I secured the rental. When I checked in I was being charged for two cabins each with two rooms. It ended up being that we decided to keep both cabin's but it needs to be better listed so you are able to determine that you're just renting one of the cabins. The front desk people at the cabin manager Office for very nice"
