“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. “I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Eventually he relented and I moved to a more secure room. At……

“The hotel is conveniently located as it's opposite to Lyon Gare Part-Dieu and the tramway station. It's easy to travel to the airport. The room was basic without any electric kettle or fridge, but it's not a problem for me as I only stayed for two nights.”
