“Rooms were larger than others we stayed at in Europe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was located in what felt like a quiet safe neighborhood. If you’re looking to spend lots of time in Old Lyon or City Center you’d be better off choosing a hotel closer to that area.”

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“The location is near to the train station. The hotel room is very big and tidy. There is a kitchen area with sufficient utensils and tools for guests to do cooking. The staffs are nice and helpful. Just a minor problem is that there is no air conditioner inside the room so it is a bit hot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.”
