“Pool area and location great! Rooms are really worn down and not clean. They don’t provide pillow cases only big sheets. There is barely any kitchen ware; no type of coffee maker, no bread knives, no serving spoons, not even a plate for each guest. The café / restaurant at the residence isn’t always open so don’t expect a morning coffee. We also had a folder up extra bed taking up space in the apartment.”

“We had a great stay for four nights, we really enjoyed the apartment and the pool and the proximity to the beach. Shops and cafes were a bit further, but still available. The Kitchen in the apartment could have been better equipped and also stocked with some more basics and detergent for laundry and dishwasher, but apart from that everything was to our liking!”

“Disappointing stay. Our apartment was downsized the day before arrival; a portion of the property tax was refunded, but that didn’t offset what followed. The property sent us the wrong location via WhatsApp, forcing my family and I to walk a long distance with luggage in 100-degree heat, only to then climb 94 steep stairs to reach the apartment. The exterior was poorly maintained — garbage on the stairs and grounds, plus an old porta-john left on the steps. Inside, two bedrooms had no blinds,……

“Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht op de zee 'beneden' aan de berg. De rust hierboven op de berg ten opzichte van de drukke kust 'daar beneden', ontspanning ten voeten uit. Bij aankomst wordt je welkom geheten door gastvrouw Eliana en gastheer Luciano. Wat een aardige, heerlijke, sociaal vaardige eigenaren, je voelt je gelijk heel welkom. Met de vertaler erbij is het heel leuk 'communiceren' met elkaar, ze doen echt hun uiterste best, ondanks de taalbarrière. Als je vraagt om info zijn ze gelijk……

“Etablissement sous les toits. Sale et vétuste. L'appartement n'est pas entretenu, humide la nuit et chaud la journée. L'appartement se situe sous les toits. Les stores sont défectueux. L'appartement est divisé en deux sur un palier. Petit déjeuné au bar du coin, limité pour les enfants.”

“The hotel is about 5 minutes from the town center as it is high up in a mountain. The views are spectacular and there is a restaurant next door which has great food selection. We had dinner there twice in a 4 day stay. Overall we had a great experience at Mira Mare.”
