7th stay (August 2026) at the Sandpiper: 6 Club Med 1 VOCO THE EXCELLENT: The STAFF 10 out of 10 (waiters & servers, housekeeping, grounds, pool). The GOOD: CLEAN & WELL APPOINTED THE NOT-SO-GOOD: FOOD 6/10. . BEWARE: DO NOT BOOK this VOCO location FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY stay. VOCO unwise business policy to sell weekend NIGHTS & DAY PASSES at steep discount attract “ALL YOU CAN EAT, ALL YOU CAN DRINK” undesirable crowd. By doing so VOCO is in OBLIGATION to control very large disrespectful, rowdy, foul-mouthed crowd. Some of these guests brought in giant boomboxes overpowering the pool with crude, foul-mothed lyrics music that disturb and upset most guests. I called security from the bar, was overheard and we were harassed and bullied the entire weekend. Security MUST do constant rounds every 30 minutes to make sure that ALL guests are comfortable & SAFE. UNACCEPABLE! I informed the front desk. Still waiting for a call back! We had the most awful experience & stay FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY. THE VERY BAD: Unless you pay the extra premium bar charges, the very low quality of alcohol and mixers, deliver terrible drinks. The bartenders (Marty, Sara,) as the REST of the staff 10/10… But they cannot perform miracles with the lowest-tier quality of liquor administration buys for them: 2 / 10. (The day-pass guests gulp the stuff down by the gallons).THE WORST: The front desk and management 1 out of 10: Non responsive, defensive, could-not-care (need more characters
