“Amazing service, very clean and very convenient check-in process. Host responded fast and attentive, consistently checked up if we were good. We came to take an exam in The Bronx and stay process made it very comfortable and stress free. Thank you very much!!!”

“Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it……

“My friend and I stayed in NYC for 5 days and had the best time in the apt! Its steps away from the subway and minutes walk from the central park. The communication was amazing and the bed was to die for!”

“I loved my stay here but, there were a lot of issues I had. For starters i checked in late because the host was unresponsive all day. Upon arrival the check in instructions were also very confusing and made the processes much more difficult than needed. Nevertheless the room itself was exceptionally clean with a very modern movable TV. Overall I loved my stay I just wish checking in was easier.”

“Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.”
