The only reason for the four stars is because I felt like their text check in system sent way too many messages. Additionally, the keyless entry lock on our door was frozen so we had to hunt somebody down to get an actual physical key and once we had that, even then, we had issues getting into the room. The room decor was really cute and the amenities were sweet but the bed was very low to the ground (hard for someone with mobility challenges) and the room was extremely small with nowhere to put your luggage leaving us feeling like we were snaking around trying to not trip over our stuff or the platform bed. I’d say this is a cute place for a quick girls trip or for someone without much luggage but keep the size of the room in mind. Would still recommend if these things aren’t a deal breaker for you.
