“Would have liked it but got booted to their sister hotel that smelled like cigarettes, had rude staff. Reached out to Expedia and they did nothing because they were told by hotel staff that “people usually prefer the other hotel”. If I had preferred it I would have booked there. Could have gotten more stars if the customer service end didn’t suck and everything wasn’t haunted. Also, they gave me a $25 gift card to use in the “bakery”. The lady was so rude about me using it I got a soda and just……

“This was not the hotel I thought it was was booking. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed. However, it’s quiet with no road noise or neighbors. The lady at the front desk was lovely. I upgrade to a suite with a couch and dining table, making the room quite spacious. The motel is quite dated but clean and not in disrepair. It’s a great location but no pool and no breakfast. Also, no elevator which is getting to be a problem for me, even with their lower tread height. Would I stay……

The air conditioning did not keep me awake all night like other hotels and was a comfortable setting. The bed was large and comfortable. We were in the middle of the hallway so it was quiet.”

“My stay at Colton Motel was mixed. The room was very clean — the bed linens, towels, bathroom, and floors were all spotless, which I appreciated. The staff was helpful. The parking is very easy and the location is walkable and convenient. However, I found the price to be higher than expected for what is offered. The room lacked basic amenities such as seating, and the bed pillows were uncomfortable. Additionally, the heater was not functioning properly, requiring the use of a provided blanket……
