It would have been nice to have a night stand on both sides. Not enigma enough outlets in room. Door would not lock when leaving room.

Best Experience I’ve Had Staying At A Hotel!

Sheets and duvet were blood stained upon arrival, staff came and changed the bed. I sent staff a message and they responded that they weee sorry it happened 3 days later. Just felt a quicker response was needed. Other than that great location, friendly staff and accommodations were comfortable for a 2 bed family of four.

Front desk need to be more clear about housekeeping. We requested our room be clean at 8am. We were told it would be done. After housekeeping was done, our room wasn’t clean. We later find out you have to request cleaning of your room 24 hours in advance. We extended our room daily, so either way, our room should have been on the cleaning list because we were supposed to check out. They were very rude about the situation. I asked for a refund after she refused to put us in a clean room and tell me the hotel was completely booked. After speaking to our booking agent, she told them the hotel was sold out. I checked 3 different booking agencies and the resort website and was able to book any room I wanted on all sites. They flat out lied to me and the booking agency so they wouldn’t have to refund our money. She said housekeeping was gone for the day at 3pm. They were everywhere still checking rooms when I walked back to my room the 2nd time. About 3:20 someone is making the beds in my room after she said they were gone for the day. I asked her to clean the whole room and she did and she didn’t complain about doing it. She was an absolute angel for doing something that she didn’t have to do. 2 hours later another housekeeper enters my room saying he was sent to clean it. I don’t like that front desk lied to me about housekeeping being gone for the day, how they handled the situation, or wasting my time. I WOULDN’T buy a condo with them. No good customer service!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and had a wonderful experience both times. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to top restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, and family entertainment. The Oceanview suite offers a stunning view of the water, and the suites themselves are spacious, making them perfect for families or groups. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!
