“No water pressure in the room, bed was a sack of bricks. incredibly uncomfortable. I got charged way more than I should have for the room. Overall horrible experience. I do not recommend this place”

The rooms could have used a good overall cleaning but we dealt with it -THEN, theeeeen they are renovating and the first morning we were JARRED awake at 7:50AM by extremely loud JACK HAMMERS breaking up concrete right outside our bedroom wall/window -scared awake to be honest it of course terrified our dog. We were moved to another room in a timely manner but the construction was loud all around- -I think they should have closed the hotel while doing renovation because……

“Room was generally fine, but tv had small blank spots on the screen. The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. ”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ……

“Floors were sticky wasn’t clean. The hallways were not vacuumed and smelled dirty mixed with febreze Something big and black scurried under our refrigerator. We checked out a day early. Will not be back. ”

“I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.”

“Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly ”

“The room was very cold, tried to crank up the heat while there;however basically took all night to heat up. Hotel should have vranked up the temp knowing they were having that room occupied. Otherwise everything was fine.”
