Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. “Room was generally fine, but tv had small blank spots on the screen. The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am.
