“Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies.The neighbors and staff are also……

“The property was clean The house keeper was curious and helpful. The property is more like a bed and breakfast place in my opinion. It gives a homey vibe. I felt safe there. The breakfast was ok. Most mornings items on the menu were not available the shared living space was very hot. The shower area had a funny smell. Overall I enjoyed my stay there”

“I will honestly say that this property is definitely worth the value. The staff was very helpful and friendly, this hotel runs itself. Meaning that there is no front desk but anything that you needed if you asked someone who worked there it was quickly provided for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you are provided with a microwave and a small refrigerator to keep your leftovers in. If you drive parking is available with 24hr security. The location is perfect if you’re trying to visit……

“I stayed at Pogas Suites for 3 nights. The location is excellent - near by many attractions and restaurants. Quiet and great AC. Additionally, the view from the top floor was great! Wow This hotel isn’t much to look at from the outside but it was clean and provided everything we needed while staying in Kingston. I felt very safe at this location and the owner even checked in on us to make sure we were good. The stand out is the STAFF! Wow! They are so kind, considerate and helpful. They went……

“I booked this property and the night before I received a regret message basically telling me that the booking was cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. Then stated I would be booked to an equally "similar unit." Long story short I fail for the scam. I agreed and was booked in a place that had nets flying around, no hot water, sliding door to balcony was shattered and I was charged a cleaning fee and service fee so the cost went up $235 more! The place wasn't even clean my socks were filthy……
