“The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor……

“The hotel staff couldn't check me in because I was there at 10pm. Room service staff do not speak English. The room has filthy carpet and the beach is not maintained”

“The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of……

“Strong dead animal smell, had to immediately get disinfectant spray. Other than that AC was very loud and stinky. Roos were clean and nice. To close to pool for me as it was very loud and full of kids. I don’t think I will stay here again”
