"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. "Hilton-Hampton hotel stay was made by a young women/staff member Ms Demi-Lee. She was just amazing, totally outstanding, bubbly, sassy, caring, full of information, full of chat, kind and is just perfect for this type of job. Bed comfortable, room size just perfect with a settee. View over the docks. Breakfast was good, but just needs a little bit of order."

"We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a return journey following a vacation further north. The hotel location was perfect for our trip. The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. The restaurant food and breakfast were good."
