It was nice and clean, but i booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so that had to be sorted and the basin in the bathroom was severely cracked, so reported that also. Parking is plentiful and safe, the staff are helpful, pleasant and professional. Room was clean modern and comfortable. Not a lot around such as shops but beautiful scenery. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant .

The view was spectacular, especially as there was a moorland fire opposite one night which glowed for a few hours. The night sky was also spectacular. I haven;t seen so many stars and planets for decades. It was worth visiting for that alone. Very well organised for dogs especially the deck. Lovely ...
