“We spent two weeks in this lovely cottage. It was very peaceful and quiet. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the homemade bread. Tim, the owner,, made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful large garden. on our return from a day out.On the last day our ferry had been cancelled and Tim was there to help us. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“wow what a lovely property in such lovely settings with friendly owners and there daughter who was there to see everything was fine. property is spacious with lovely views. so handy to visit many places due to the A3 which u can hear a bit if outside but nothing that spoils the beauty of the location. there lots of wildlife like deer and owl if your looking for tapas as a meal then faustinos in Midhurst was lovely and such a wide choice there's supermarket within 10min drive would so stay again……

“Highly recommended beautiful house located in a lovely quiet road. The house has lots of room and is clean and bright. The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. ”

“Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.”

“Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem. The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff.. The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax ) I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly! For a long weekend it’s a good……
