“The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside.
The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay.
Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.”

“8 of us stayed here for the recent Rugby finals in Bilbao - mainly because it was the only hotel we could find that offered reasonable value for money (downtown hotels asking £700+ per room per night for that weekend)
As the name says this is a budget hotel but it was fine for us. Easy to get to centre of Bilbao on regular trains (station 15 minute walk)
Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no other dining options. Some cafes and restaurant over the bridge in……
