This is an absolutely incredible hotel on every front - the service, the design of the rooms and spaces, the unique details, the amenities ... all of it. I have stayed at many luxury hotels in the UK, EU, and US (5-star) and none compare to the Broadwick. While all of these aspects make it completely worth the stay, the cleanliness is what keeps me coming back every time I visit London. I really need to commend the staff and management, they keep everything just perfect. Turn down service, as well, is an absolute dream. I have visited London fairly regularly these past few years and I will always stay at Broadwick and recommend it to family and friends. I love this hotel so much, worth every penny!
