The rooms need an overhaul- the carpet was not clean and the bed was shabby. The staff were very helpful providing a clean towel and a better pillow when we requested them. They also stored our luggage after check-out.

At first at glance it was small but got used to it. They made my bed and new towels everyday. Liked they had 24 hour service. It was a great location for everything. It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in bc the staff was so awesome. Especially the young gentleman who worked the night shift. He helped me out in two situations I had. I highly recommend this hotel and I probably staying there in the summer. It was a hidden gem in a beautiful safe neighbourhood. I love this hotel and the staff too!

Friendly staff, room was small but clean. The location was excellent. Victoria train station only a five minutes walk away. Buckingham palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc all within a half hours walk.

The price was great.

The staff was great, assisted us with our heavy 50 pound suitcases. The room need some minor fixes such as a toilet paper holder, decent shower curtain, a towel rack, perhaps a small shelf near the sink. The location was excellent, a short walk to Victoria Station.

The main issue was BED BUGs. My wife returned home with bites from neck to feet. Unacceptable! Well located hotel in nice area of London. It is low cost for the location. Room and bathroom were compact but functional for an overnight stop. The other issue was the room heating was far too hot.

Best location good service

Booked the room for mom. She loved . Easy/quick walk distance to most attractions. Mom traveled to many other cities too from Victoria and kings cross stations by taking train. They are very close .

This hotel was great for me because of walking distance to Victoria bus station and #25 bus stop for big bus hop on hop off. There are also a few food places close.

Brief stay .

Always stay here as a great location for Victoria. A basic hotel which suits our simple needs with helpful staff and an eagerness to please. We don't find the lack of free WiFi a problem as there are plenty of pubs around where I can connect there. Room 116 was compact but suited us as we only had 1 suitcase this trip. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. We worked around the small challenge of the sink and shower being in the same area. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk too. Staff helped carry our suitcase upstairs to the 1st floor and down again. A very reasonable price to stay in this area.

Excellent stay, very convenient for Victoria and transport links. Have stayed before and will stay again. Comfortable room. It is a good budget hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. A short distance from Victoria station which suited us. And wonderfully quiet on the Thursday and Friday nights we stayed. On a lesser side, the quietness is due to it being off a bus route etc and although the area is safe with many cafes, those that are not comfortable with a 15 min walk would need a cab. also, the set up means that they are unable to offer breakfasts (which we would have liked) nor those unable to manage stairs. We would use again.
