I loved this property. It’s very modern and beautiful inside with excellent customer service from concierge and check in, through to dining and housekeeping. I booked a suite which was very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Big bathroom. The only thing I would mention is the bathroom could do with some renovation around the tub/sinks/wall areas. But I would absolutely stay there again. Everything else was perfect. Such a great location to walk everywhere and a delicious breakfast in the morning. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic base for everything, quite near tottenham court road tube station. Book breakfast day before to get best rate or prior, lovely breakfast and accommodate for vegetarians and vegans. Very comfy bed, nice products in bathroom. Dont rely on using tv cannot watch a full programme without it freezing or not coming on at all, advised there had been issues with internet, just use your phone.

The room we finally got was lovely. We booked a deluxe king. Some female desk clerk tried o give us a TINY queen. After a "discussion" with a manager, we got our room. Of the 2 elevators - one was never working. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Great location.
