The check-in process is Very Disorganized ! The rooms were not ready when we arrived and had to wait until 3 pm. We were asked to wait at the restaurant. We went for a coffee But none of the employees acknowledged us Finally we got the room but we received the sheets, pillows, and towels by 6 pm..

Close to airport. Isolated nothing in walking distance. No complimentary ice or water bottles- after a flight from the USA a bottle of water would have been nice. Took a shower, it was clogged- water flowed onto floor everywhere. No night maintenance, woyldnt change our room until next day. Partner didnt shower. Isolated nothing in walking distance. Ordered food by Uber Eats- they cancel the delivery, but charged my card.

The very best thing was being roused and evacuated at midnight (literally) by a blaring fire alarm. We we allowed back in the room, but that was the end of sleep before my 3:40 wake-up to get my plane.

We stayed one night after spending time in the city and in Paris. It was nice to have a normal size room! Bedsand pillows were comfortable. Plenty of storage and space to move around. The hotel is one hour from London center. We took a Bolt and charged us £45.00 plus tip. We had an early flight back to the USA and wanted to be close to the airport. There is shuttle that picks you up at the hotel it costs £6.00 per person. Depending on your group a taxi may be cheaper and definitely faster as the shuttle stops at other hotels it took 25 minutes to take us to terminal 3. There is no food after 10 pm, arrive early or eat elsewhere. We are early but at 11pm my son wanted a snack and there was nothing. No restaurants nearby. Bring your plug adapters to charge your phone as the hotel does not provide. TV channel poor choice of movies so bring a book. They have an excellent breakfast buffet which is included with your stay with lots of choices. They also give you a cup to go for extra coffee. Beds were comfortable. Overall a good stay for the value and proximity to the airport.
