The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very quiet & in a great location, just a short walk from the tube station & Knightsbridge shops.

The hotel was very good. I stayed for 7 nights in an executive suit. Room was neat and quiet. Bed was comfortable and bath was clean. Staff is very nice and helpful, whether at reception, restuarant or room service. Breakfast is simple but good, tasty bakery and sweets. The location was very good. It is close to Hyde Park, Harrods, Luxury shopping stores, and the Knightsbridge station. Nice stay in general.

This is a great hotel of which we would choose to stay at again next time we visit London. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had plenty of space for my 2 and 6 year old to run around in! The hotel room is very modern and clean and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed was a bit lumpy but my son didn't mind it at all. The kids were welcomed with their own toiletries and rubber ducks to play with. We stayed two nights and when we returned from our day out on the first night, there were sweet treats and gifts such as donuts and the cutest Christmas cookies laid out for the kids. They squealed with delight! The staff downstairs were all absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, efficient and so very helpful. I loved their upbeat attitude and they know what you need before you need it! Excellent service all round. Needless to say, the hotel is in a great location and was near to where we were going which was Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. We all enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you!
