Second stay and things had gone a bit downhill. Staff don’t really care that much for guests. Facilities are in need of repair / freshen up. Room was noisy from traffic and an irritating high pitched beep that was constant. Not a restful night.

Staff were lovely if a little vague at times i ended up paying twice for the same night. The rooms are quite compact but were tidy and clean. The area is a bit strange but it is not far to the o2 or to the Thames Walk into lovely Greenwich.

I wasnt sure on 1st impressions of the outside but once inside i was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were modern clean and spacious. Some quirky pieces of artwork. Bed was comfortable. Good location for the 02 at a reasonable price.

Lovely Hotel, great place if visiting O2

Hotel itself was lovely, staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was amazing, nice touch to ve able to but drinks snd snacks, rooms was lovely clean, air con a god send, showers was lively, i had a room on first floor and traffic noice was awful, double glazing was crap, like id left the window open vut it wasnt, my daughter in similar location room but on 5th floor and it was so quiet, i would certainly stay again but would go for higher floors.

Room was clean staff was friendly. Carpet thought out the building needs a deep clean. Not all the outlets in the room working refrigerator were unplugged. Parking spot is very limited. 15-20 minutes walk to public transportation

Hotel was in an ideal location for the O2 arena, rooms reasonable size, clean with tea and coffee. Good black out curtains for a better nights sleep. Breakfast a bit disappointing as there were no mushrooms or tomatoes available ( although the staff member kindly said she would bring more out in a few minutes but that was too late for me). Also toaster not working properly. Overall would recommend, a nice , calm hotel
