Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom as the water was running under the shower door. We reported it in the evening before going out but nothing was done. The bathroom tap was also loose and difficult to use. Finally the lift was out of order when we got back in the evening and was still out of order when we left the next morning. Not great when we were on the fifth of eight floors. No apology or reference made when checking out which is a shame. Always liked our stays at all Radissons but will avoid this one in the future despite being well located for the O2 and surrounding areas.

I used the lobby toilets and they were disgusting. It was early in the day, and I was shocked to see the state of them. When we went to go to sleep there was dried blood on the mattress protector.. I could see it through the top sheet so was again very shocked to see this had been missed. Overall not impressed at all.

Second stay and things had gone a bit downhill. Staff don’t really care that much for guests. Facilities are in need of repair / freshen up. Room was noisy from traffic and an irritating high pitched beep that was constant. Not a restful night.

Check in was cold and unwelcoming as the lady seemed inconvenienced by her job at hand. When asked if we could extend our stay she simply told us to look it up and book it on the internet. Super convenient location within walking distance of the O2 arena. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean and comfy. If the check-in process was nicer it would have been a 5 star stay.

Room was not dusted for a long time. Dust in the corners of the bathroom, on the chairs, on the toilet role holder, bin lid etc. Dark bathroom which wouldn't have mattered if the vanity mirror light had been working. The only shelf in the bathroom was broken. Couldn't put anything on it, it would just slide off. Won't use Radisson again. Room was around £250. It should have been spotless.

Paid for a superior room and did get a larger room but it was an accessible room with adapted wet room rather than normal shower. The bathroom had a strange smell. Hotel is in good location for the o2, 20 minute walk or 5 minute uber. Would stay here again for location but not for the room itself.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Rad Red in Greenwich, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and stylish atmosphere. The property has such a fun, modern design while still feeling cozy and inviting – the perfect combination for a comfortable stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both of us slept so well each night. We really appreciated the small details that gave the space character and made it feel special. It was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. What truly stood out was the staff. Every interaction we had was genuine, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure both of us felt looked after, whether it was offering recommendations about Greenwich or checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel extra personal. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Greenwich, so we were able to easily explore the neighborhood’s charm, attractions, and dining options. It felt like the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. Both my partner and I left The Rad Red feeling refreshed, happy, and completely satisfied. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenwich – it’s a real gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
