“Super clean and beautiful inside! Easy to find!”

“I stayed by myself and this spacious lovely place is probably better suited for families, but I chose it for the ease of the location; My daughter's society house is right across the street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only that would've made the stay even better would a fan, because I'm very hot natured. I did turn the heater off and that did the trick. Other than that, the stay was perfect!”

“Good location with easy parking. Be aware that the steps up to the apartment are definitely winding and narrow. ”

“The house was SUPER clean, very spacious.Beds were comfortable. Water and chocolates were a nice little touch. The closets in all 3 bedrooms do not have closet poles, no where to hang clothes. Communication with host was lacking. Being a townhouse with 3 other units, instructions of where to park should be explained.”

“The apartment was very tastefully remodeled and decorated. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would have given this place a 5 star had we gotten a good nights sleep. I didn’t realize that we were renting an apartment vs a house. That would have been fine had there not been musicians staying in the apartment below us. They were playing in the area and when they got home at midnight they decided to have a party and were extremely loud playing music and singing and banging on something to……

“The home was on Main Street in Manchester, NH, and the street was very busy. We were two blocks away from a fire station and traffic started at 5am every morning. We were close to some businesses for convenience. Our biggest complaint was that the home was too noisy. There were people living upstairs, and we could hear their TV vibrating on the ceiling. The next door neighbors decided to blare their music on a Wednesday night at 11pm until 1am. My wife had to sleep on the couch one night……

“The great things - space is beautifully decorated and super clean. Jamie set up a pack and play and toys for our daughter as well as Christmas treats. It was so thoughtful. East to find and easy parking. The downside is the noise from the main house - there doesn’t seem to be any noise dampening between the living spaces. You can hear full conversations ”

“The rental worked out well for us and our dog. Quiet building with easy parking. We weren’t cooking so the kitchen amenities were fine. Gil was a great host with great communication. Made coming and going for a family wedding 20 minutes away convenient. ”
