“House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable.”

“The unit is beautiful and the location is amazing. We arrived after a long day of travel and I wish the instructions to access the house would have been more clear (photos would have helped). But it’s a minor issue - the rest of the stay was great. The management company is excellent and they answered my calls or texts immediately (even on a Sunday). Will go back again.”

Host super on communication and accomodating with all of our questions, requests.Quiet neighborhood, easy access by uber and great parking - next time we'll rent one as the garage is secure and door opens directly into townhouse entrance. Stairs to enter and stairs to 2nd level bedrooms but not an issue for my group. We'll definitely stay again.”

“We had a quiet, comfortable stay here. The location was great for the variety of activities we had planned at various locations all over LA and the private parking space was a huge plus. Easy check in/out and excellent communication. Bonus points for their video showing how to access the private parking spot out back. Knowing exactly where to park in advance made checking in so much easier, especially after being on the road for hours. We will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips……

“The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.”

“Being on the 12th floor provided us the advantage to see both the ocean and the marina. We enjoyed the New Year fireworks from the unit. The host sent very detailed directions and was easy to communicate with. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.”

“Place was nice but very limited living room space. One small couch but had everything else you would need for a small family. Had a slight musty odor throughout the house that faded when we opened the windows. Overall nice and simple. ”
