"This was my first time going to the metro along with my 15 year old son for the MCR concert at Target Field and I was very anxious as we come from a small town in Southern MN. From the start Zac at the front desk was so kind and refreshing. He talked to us about our plans and where we were from... once he heard we weren't from the metro he moved us into a city-view room which added to our entire stay and experience SO MUCH. Zac gave us the warmth we don't typically feel as much of in a big city and for that we will ALWAYS come back to the Royal Sonesta."
