“No service to fresh towels, clean the room, and broken A/C/Heating system. Rooms had a bad smell.”

They found us a mechanical pencil instead. Like family. :) The toilet paper in all the hotels we have used recently is so thin....please upgrade!!”

“I liked have two separate thermometer controls since my 94-yr old father keeps his room at sauna temperatures. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed being able to sit away from the crowds. The clerk who checked us out was particularly helpful. The one who checked us in was harder to communicate with. I thought we had asked for an accessible shower when I made the reservation, however we were checked into a room with a bathtub/shower combo.
