“Lovely, clean 2 bedroom apartment with nice size rooms, great kitchen and 3 bathrooms. There was a little confusion at check in but the staff quickly resolved the issue. This place ticks all the boxes. We had a few problems with the WiFi but nothing major and for some reason, there were no towel racks in the bathrooms. The location was centralovsuper convenient to coffee shop.”

“Great apartment. Has everything you need. Right on Broadway. Great if you are going to the Black River Venue. It’s a 2 minute walk. The only complaint that I have is one of the bedrooms needs darkening curtains. It’s like daylight in the room at night. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. Huge perk was the washing machine. Was able to wash a load of clothes before we moved onto our next destination.”

“We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps.”

“We arrived and things looked really cute from the outside. Inside was a total disaster. First of all the smoke alarms were both going off when we came in. We went out, ran into somebody who handed us a battery and said try this. After my husband fixed the smoke alarms, we went back in and proceeded to start unpacking. “Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. In fact, I slept in my car because it was so filthy. Smoke alarm was disconnected and it smelled like cigarette and weed.
