“We arrived and things looked really cute from the outside. Inside was a total disaster. First of all the smoke alarms were both going off when we came in. We went out, ran into somebody who handed us a battery and said try this. After my husband fixed the smoke alarms, we went back in and proceeded to start unpacking. “We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps.”

“Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. In fact, I slept in my car because it was so filthy. Smoke alarm was disconnected and it smelled like cigarette and weed. There was pubic hair on the toilet, dust on top of the refrigerator, bird poop all over the porch chairs, human and pet hair in every corner and generally a disgusting pit. “We stayed at this property to attend graduation ceremonies in Oberlin and loved the space. It’s a very small town but beautiful and I wish we’d had more time to explore. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My mother and I especially loved the coffee/tea station. Having the travel mugs was perfect for us as we were always on the go! My only sad point is that the antique store wasn’t open during my stay. It looks so cute and well stocked. Thanks for having us!!”

“Rented for Oberlin College graduation weekend. Great communication and check in from friendly and welcoming hosts. The great communication continued throughout the stay and at checkout. Convenient location, quiet, and dog friendly as advertised. Very roomy and everything we needed for stay was close at hand. It was a bit pricey for the accomodations but admittedly was priced for a busy college grad weekend so that is understandable.”
