Website says airport shuttle available until 12am, but they said 11:30 and then when we arrive we were told 11. The whole reason we chose to stay was for the shuttle being available until midnight.

Rooms 101-109, 201-209, and 301-309 (odd numbered only), all face train and you will hear it ding all night long with announcements every 10-15 minutes. Service was fantastic, but water takes a few minutes to warm up.

Convenient. Comfortable. Room amenities lacked a few basics -- like no glasses (just paper). Staff is friendly and welcoming. The water is absolutely awful. You need to buy bottled drinking water if you stay here.

The property is under renovation, mostly down to the lobby area now (rooms completed), and looks new and crisp. Paid parking was easy in the open lot. They installed a closet motion sensor light at the doorway to illuminate entry, which is a nice idea except the light came on every hour, on the hour, all night long, for no apparent reason, like the room was haunted. The closet had no door, either. I had to get someone from maintenance to cover it. Unfortunately, the hotel is close to the rapid transit train station, so the noise of the rails was a constant. The staff were generally very friendly and kind, but there was one man who gave me the fish eye when I asked for a new room after discovering, an hour or so in, that my first room had no power to the headboard/wall, and that it wasn't well cleaned/maintained (someone had stashed coffee creamers in unusual places, and I noticed only because I was looking for a live plug. The coffee machine was also dirty, lotion was dripped about in the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was torn from the wall and just propped in the shower). He did assign me a new room, however, and it was normal.
