"The overnight rate for the valet is $59, so don't be surprised like I was. Public parking is across the street, but I didn't want to use it at night. The valet called me three times at 7 a.m. to ask if I had the key to my car: I couldn't get to the phone quickly enough to answer the first two times. I had left the key with the valet, so the call was totally unnecessary and totally unwelcome at 7 a.m. The air conditioning unit went on and off every five minutes all night no matter what temperature I set it at. I was in Denver for a medical procedure and need my sleep more than usual, but was awake most of the night from the on-and-off a.c. I have never stayed at a Hyatt with one smaller and softer pillow than the others on the bed. It was like sleeping with a bed roll for a pillow. The location is downtown, so if you aren't used to traffic noise, you're unlikely to get a good night's sleep unless the a.c. is running constantly - not on and off at five-minute intervals. Won't stay there again."

"Good location close to downtown and the train to go to the airport. The room was clean, not a great view. My particular room overlooked the roof of the conference rooms, not a big deal, but I tried to look at the sunrise, but the outside of the window is extremely dirty. My iPhone even suggested I clean the camera lens. Good stay overall. I only ate at the smaller restaurant for fast food. "
