They did not clean rooms, provide extra towels and I had to ask for toulet paper. Also, I reserved two queen sized beds and they only had one room with a single left when I checked in. Breakfast was terrible and front deak very unorganized

I booked a 2 queen bed room but when I went to check in I found out they give away my room so I had to stay in a room with 1 queen bed and it was 3 of us the bed wasn't big enough and the room was small. I wouldn't book there again

Shame on Wyndham and Expedia. How you call this a hotel is beyond me. I booked through Expedia with the payment due upon checkin. 2 months before my check in date I was charged the full amount for the entire stay which when I booked, it was supposed to be charged at check in. We were also asked for some cash upon checking in for a “one time room deposit”. The room is small but that’s not the worst of it. The carpet is disgustingly filthy with multiple unidentifiable stains throughout the entire hotel. No hangers in closet. No coffee maker in room. No safe. Barely any outlets for charging electronics. Toilet seat is peeling and unsanitary. Only 2 towels were in the room. When I asked at front desk for additional towels I was confronted by the desk clerk saying I had to turn in dirty towels to get new ones. I explained I simply needed more for the same day use. I have NEVER been at a hotel that did not respectfully issue additional towels upon request. She eventually did leave more towels… however they were all floor mats, not towels. Expedia obviously does not care or evaluate what type of hotels they are offering to their customers. If I could give negative stars to this hotel I would. Do not stay here. You will regret it.

The pictures look better than the property. The non-smoking room was not a non-smoking room. The beds are uncomfortable..weed odor penetrated the halls. Look elsewhere.
