"WOW, just Beautiful from the staff to the building. Let’s start with the entrance. The decor is astonishing as if you’ll be staying in the suite for a Queen. The room ceilings had to be around 14 feet high. I truly would like Embassy Suite staff to verify. There’s an amazing breakfast. The omelette guy was terrific and the omelettes were tasty. Please tip him. All of the staff were absolutely superb with their customer service, attention to detail. My only suggestion would be to review wear and tear. The chair in our room had a peeling seat and the wallpaper should be reviewed. Despite that, thank you for a 5 star experience👍"

"No major complaints at all. The price was very affordable, the hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the amenities such as the connecting bar and restaurant. The only minor thing that I wish the hotel had was automatic doors at the entrance and AC in the hallways. I attended the Funk Fest this weeks and temps were in the upper 90s, so maybe the AC was centered to the rooms, which is very understanding. Will definitely make this hotel are go to when visiting Louisville 👍👍"

"Great service. We arrived late, and the night desk lady was friendly and got us checked in quickly, and brought up extra pillows to us. We were up early, before the cafe opened and she made my husband an americano coffee. "

"We loved everything about this place BUT our room did face the expressway and it was VERY loud. We had the fan on high and a noisemaker and it still was loud. Breakfast was excellent!"

"Very convent for downtown distilleries and Louisville slugger museum. Parking was easy so going further out was easy as well. Had good breakfast. "
