“L’hôtel était bien situé et facile d’accès, silencieux et bien organisé”

“I arrived expecting to find a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. I did find all those. I also knew they had dining available in the lobby, but I was so surprised by the variety of items they offered and the quality. We had pre-ordered breakfast when booking the room - basically two for the price of one. We each got a "hot entree" and coffee. Starbucks coffee. The breakfast menu items available made it hard to decide. Each of us had huge portions of eggs, made……

“Not sure why it got 8 plus star reviews but this place is noisy, AC doesn’t work and there a big street right out side the room window. Carpet stinks. This is just below 3 star hotel. Satyam Properties who manages this hotel should make some changes to improve the facilities.”

“I knew from reading prior reviews that it was a 50/50 chance of having a good experience. The room was on the second floor with no working elevator. Opened the door to a non smoking room that had a horrible smell and the bed was not made. When those things are the first thing you see & smell when you open the door; it was a sign to turn around and leave. Asked for a full refund and the staff at the desk was the best part of the experience.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Located in a shopping area, with free concert nearby from Monday to Thursday. Extended our stay twice, just to stay two more nights in this hotel.”
