“The outside of the hotel.is nice. Clean and looks great. The pool area is pretty. I walked into our room it smelled so bad. It was not clean. The front desk lady was super nice but didn't offer is another room. The front desk lady when I checked out was very rude. The TV kept going in and out. When it got later in the evening there was two people I am sure was having sex in the pool. A lot of people seemed to be living there also. They lobby was nice and pool area was as advertised. ……

“I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.”
