"The property look very nice. Our room was mostly clean. There were some dead bugs behind the door & in the doorway. The shower head needs replaced, the tub mat needs to be removed! I was uncomfortable standing on it when I showered. It became slippery as I shampooed my hair & washed. Also, the thought of everyone else who stayed there using it, there were concerns about getting athletes foot from standing on the same mat. I'm not sure how a tub mat can be sanitized enough to be safe. Also, I booked online, deciding to book an accessible room because it was on the ground floor. We have an 8 pound little Maltese, which is considered a hypoallergenic dog, and I didn't see anywhere to add a dog to the room online or I would have. When we arrived we were told we couldn't have that room since we have a pet, stating that some people have allergies to dogs. In looking at the amenities it said "Pet Friendly" with a $20 fee. I wasn't aware that it was pet friendly for only some rooms. We were offered a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor, which is not what we booked. The person checking us in was nice about it and did end up finding us a king room, which just opened up and we could have the dog in that room. With having said all that, we would stay there again. The friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to accommodate us was much appreciated!"
