“The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests.”

“First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy.
When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed.
To top it all off, the staff have zero respect for paying guests. Long before checkout……
