"This hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Although, housekeeping missed to clean our room a few nights, it was easy to request a change of towels which they immediately addressed. However, walking into a nice clean room is always a good feeling after a long hot day in the sun. My ONLY concern were the towels. Towels were clean but lordly, they were rough to the skin. Towels should feel fluffy and soft when you're drying your skin especially after a sunburn when you need to feel that softness in your skin and not like a sandpaper while drying your skin. Overall, customer service, food, and facility were SUPERB! Employees are very friendly and courteous. Would consider going back if only they used some Downy or fabric softener in their towels :-) Loved it though!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff extremely helpful but I was disappointed in the fact that there was no direct access to the beach, you literally had to walk 1/2 mile and than approximately 2 blocks on the sand to get to the part of the beach that is serviced by the hotel & what I mean by service is basically towels, chair & water. There was no bathroom access or drinks made available. I also want to mention when asked about the breakfast buffet,that was $24.99, if they made omelets they said they can accommodate as long as before 10am which I was surprised. They also said that I couldn’t order off the menu for breakfast but meanwhile they were advertising the bagel & cream cheese option. Very disappointed."

"We stayed for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are spacious, so it never felt overcrowded. There are several dining options on the property, which was very convenient. However, if you'd like to explore restaurants or attractions outside the resort, you'll need a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The location is excellent for visiting places like El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach, both of which are only about a 10–15 minute drive away. The resort offers several pools to choose from, but the pool with the waterslide and splash zone is by far the most popular. If you'd like to secure a lounge chair, it's best to arrive early. The rooms were clean, updated, and featured very comfortable beds. My only significant concern was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and other noise from neighboring rooms. In addition, the connecting door between our room and the adjacent room only had a single door instead of the typical double-door design. Because of this, we could see into the neighboring room through the gap around the door as guests walked by, which felt uncomfortable and raised privacy and security concerns. Overall, this is a great resort for families with children, especially those looking for a convenient location, multiple dining options, and plenty of activities on the property."
