“All good!”

“We were in basecamp (more budget rooms), and it was sufficient and clean. The rollaway had some age, but it was okay. Great property overall! We'd come back.”

“The view was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. There was a smoky odor in the room, either from the fireplaces in the other units or from the firepit outside. The floor plan of the bathroom in the third-floor room was odd. The open door blocked the sink. We had a little trouble figuring out the A/C controls, so the room was a little too warm. We greatly appreciated the free EV charging stations. They were never ICEd while we were there. We underestimated how tiring the 32 stair steps……

“We thought the room was great, clean and a beautiful view of Lake Superior. The property was beautiful with a great walking trail all the way around it. Only thing I would say is it would have been great to have blackout curtains in the room, it gets light out around 4am. But all in all it’s a great place to stay and great pricing for the 3 nights we were there and all the free amenities and accommodation are also a great perk!”

“We rented a room with 2 double beds. They were the smallest double beds I’ve ever come across. In the future, I’ll for sure go for a King sized bed! Location near a walking / biking trail is great! Also enjoyed the outdoor seating area overlooking the road.”

“The balcony overlooking the lake was superb. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but effective for starting out the day. The lounge area in the main lodge was very comfortable. Parking was adequate. The staff was warm and welcoming. A very nice restaurant is only a short drive. Numerous shops (in towns and along the way) over a nice selection.”

“Commensurate with the cost of stay, we were pleased with everything. Weather wasn't great so the kids made use of the pool and hot tub. Watched a movie that night. Family room space exceeded our expectations. Mom thought the breakfast could have been better, but again, given the price of stay, I was satisfied. Complementary 24 hr coffee and Earl Grey tea was also fully utilized by my family.”
